Shredder again Computer Chess World Champion

The 23rd World Computer Chess Championship has taken place in Leiden, Netherlands. The best computer chess programs of the world and their authors came to the Netherlands to compete for the world title.

Shredder managed to win the World Computer Chess Software Championship title without losing any game. In this event all programs had to run on equal commercially available PCs to find out about the best computer chess software. Winning his 19th world champion title Shredder remains the most successful chess program ever.
