You can start a new game, setup any chess position or display help and information in the main menu. Here you can also enter your license key to unlock the full version.

In the tactics menu you can solve the built in chess puzzles or get new positions from our server, 10 on each request. The level of the puzzles can be set.

The volume, the color of the chess board, the piece set and several move input methods can be changed.

The championship mode: Win a game to advance to the next level with a stronger opponents.

In this level the game is not played by the internal chess engine but with Shredder 10 on our fast servers.

The online menu: Query our endgame databases or opening databases via the Internet and let Shredder 10 on our servers analyse any position for 3, 10 or 30 seconds in one, two or three variation mode. A played game can be sent to any email address in PGN format if you wish.
